Rates

The prices listed on this page include VAT.

Orders

Orders for merchandise from this catalog are accepted via e-mail, telephone or through the shopping cart feature. You will receive promptly an email with all the necessary information.

Delivery

The dispatch of the clock is immediately after payment, shipping companies are: DPD, Hermes-Versand, DHL, shipping time 1-5 weekdays, depending on the recipient region.

Shipping costs
- in Germany:
  - shipping with Hermes 4,50 Euro
  - shipping with DHL: 6,00 Euro (the fastest)
- outside of Germany:
  - inside europe and all other countries - 500 g : 8,00 €
  - inside europe and all other countries - 1000 g : 12,00 €

Payment

Payment by payment in advance, paypal.

Return

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (reg. letter, e-mail), or by returning the goods in unused condition.

Warranty

Make a written request, in their own interest to complain of obvious defects within two weeks of receiving the goods. We grant the statutory international warranty period of 12 months. We are not liable for defects that have arisen due to incorrect handling or by outside influences. Should it be necessary, will be exchanged for the goods. A right to change or decrease is first excluded. If the deficiency is not remedied within a reasonable time, highlight the choice between price reduction and rescission of the sale contract.
